• To provide consistent HR support and advisory to the stakeholders, thereby enabling them to achieve Department / Organizational objective

• Responsibility of monthly payroll processing, of 450 Nos of employee of 05 Delivery Centers
• Processed Weekly Payroll in HRIS, including certified payroll and maintained employee time records including Leave, Correction and Adjustment
• Provided Support to team related payroll functions procedures and policies
• Leading and Assisted with Network level HR Project as needed
• Publish Daily, Weekly & Monthly HR dashboards and align site ops leaders on specific insights
