Worked as a C&I Engineer at 5 X 660 MW Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited.
• Boiler and Turbine Instrumentation(Erection & Commissioning)
• Review of P&I Diagram hook up Drawing & schedule of Instruments.
• Review of basic Engineering of DCS and PLC including system architecture Drawing, I/O list & Loop diagram.
• Supervises, directs and monitors the instrument testing, Calibration & installation of process control Instruments.
• Providing necessary inputs to contractor’s supervisor and site visits, review drawings/ Specification scheduling/ assigning work to the instruments personnel. Monitoring work progress and ensuring quality work.
• Execution of various jobs e.g. checking, testing and calibration of the various field instruments e.g. Transmitters, Final Control Elements, Smart valve positioners.
• Coordinates with operations and safety personnel to obtain work permit for planned work to be carried out.
• Loop Checking of DCS Panels.
• Installation/commissioning DCS system.
• Preparation of Instrument List.
• Cable routing and instrument Position planning.
• Day to day manpower Planning.
