1. Project Management - Manage projects, and establish productive, professional, and
profitable relationships with key personnel and clients in assigned projects.
2. Delivery Management - Participate in the design process to understand, analyze and
influence the application/service/system to be delivered. Passionate about delivering high
quality products in a timely fashion.
3. Business Analysis - Understand the business aspects, as well as the ways the customers
are using the system; and check if the system is performing as it should have been.
Document the change requests, new requirements and ability to build the basic wireframe
using the pencil tool.
4. Requirement Gathering - Detail-oriented in terms of documentation, and
gathering client requirements. Along with Excellent written and verbal
communication and presentation skills, able to generate interest and engages the
client during calls and emails.
5. Release Management - Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities.
Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully.
6. Reporting - Communicating the overall progress of the project by reporting the accurate
status. Eliminate impediments.
7. Demonstrations - Demonstration of the deliverables to the management and the clients
and documenting the report along with the release notes & preparation of "How To" guides
8. Board administration - Work as the administrator of the scrum board. Ensure that tickets
are up to date and the scrum tool, Jira software or otherwise, is working well. Synchronize all Project related reports from the start, including planning, gathering information and resources, project execution tracking and resolving, maintenance to a formalized project closure.
9. UAT Testing - Focal point of contact for UAT Testing which includes End to end Project
execution covering the entire project life cycle. Ability to understand the situation through the client's viewpoint. Analyze and identify the issues found during testing, either work with the QA teams and/or the development teams to diagnose and resolute them.
10. Standups - Conduct daily stand-up calls with internal and client stakeholders as needed. 11. Iteration/sprint planning meetings - Strong planning, organization, and customer-focused leadership skills Aid in estimation and sub task creation. Coordinate with project teams to have a check on the regular deliveries of the assigned projects.
12. Scrum ceremonies - Conduct the sprint review meeting and capture
feedback. Conducting retrospectives to note areas for improvement and action
items for future sprints.
14. Team Handling - Manage and lead the project team which includes Business Analyst,
designing team, development team, and testing team with excellent client communication.
Promote a spirit of collaboration across teams and individuals.
15. Manual Testing -Perform the Functional testing on the deliverables before handover.
