• Manage dry bulk vessel operations and post fixtures as Owners - Operators desk
• Issue detailed voyage instructions to the master based on the fixture recap or charter party, and coordinate with port agencies regarding documentation, pre-arrival requirements, and cargo operations
• Coordinate with bunker procurement team for the vessel's bunker requirements.
• Arrange bunkering based on spot fixing, aiming for the best market price and selecting
Suitable bunker ports avoiding any diversions.
• Check and confirm charter party contract are drawn in accordance with fixture recap
• Monitor vessel operational performance at sea and in port, ensuring compliance with charter party terms for cost-effective and timely voyages.
• Record and generate under-performance or off-hire statements, laytime calculations, hire invoices and inform the finance team for invoicing, adhering to charter party contracts for each voyage / tc
• Assist the commercial and operations head in pre-fixture operations as required
• Analyse vessel performance and draw p&l report upon completion of each voyage and time charter contract
• Manage operations for belt self-unloading system/open hatch gantry crane vessels, as well as normal bulk carriers, for shipments of best one®, Widegrade®, granite, gypsum, sand, aggregate, and various types of stones for global projects.
• Handle vessel chartering and negotiation for time-chartered in vessels, such as Supramax to Ultramax bulk carriers, based on project requirements.
• Prepare estimations for projects and voyages involving the supply of bestone®, Widegrade®, granite, sand, and different varieties of stones, utilizing owned or time-chartered vessels.
• Handling Vessel Chartering /Negotiation for TC IN vessels (Supramax-Ultramax bulk carriers) as per project requirements
• Managing Transhipment operations/ Scheduling with our Self Unloading bulk carriers/ gantry and TC vessels as per client requirement.
• Arrange mobilization/demobilization of project-related equipment such as special grabs, fenders, anchors, etc.
• Prepare charter party contracts in accordance with agreed terms between shipowners and charterers.
• Perform voyage scheduling and planning to optimize the time and cost efficiency of voyages.
• Issue detailed voyage instructions to the master based on the fixture recap or charter party, and coordinate with port agencies regarding documentation, pre-arrival requirements, and cargo operations.
• Monitor vessel operational performance at sea and in port, ensuring compliance with charter party terms for cost-effective and timely voyages.

• Coordinate with bunker traders/brokers/suppliers for the vessel's bunker requirements and arrange bunkering based on spot fixing, aiming for the best market price and suitable bunker port for IFO 360, ULSFO, VLSFO, MGO.
• Prepare post-voyage calculations for projects, evaluating project expenditure and gains upon completion.
• Coordinate with Bontrup superintendents to ensure smooth loading and discharging operations.
• Occasionally travel to project sites if necessary.
• Prepare monthly off-hire statements for chartered vessels.
• Assist the Commercial and Operations Head in pre-fixture operations as required.
• Ensure compliance with charter party terms and prioritize quick turnaround in ports for the vessel's voyage.
• Prepare laytime statements for voyage fixtures upon completion of each voyage, facilitating demurrage and dispatch settlements, as well as Statement of Account (SOA) for time-chartered vessels.
• Negotiate laytime statements and pursue final settlements with involved parties.
• Manage UNVIM and MSCHOA application procedures for vessels calling Yemen.
• Analyze and negotiate the best Port Disbursement Account (PDA) with port agencies.
• Provide voyage instructions to the master and handle bunker requirements, spare parts, and provisions.
• Handle various bulk commodities such as wheat, sugar, DAP, urea, steel, gypsum, rock phosphate, coal, bauxite, rice, steel pipes, cement, and limestone in regions including the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Red Sea, Persian Gulf, West Coast of India - East Coast of India, and the Far East.
• Monitor vessel operations, schedules, and company procedures in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Successfully managed post-fix operations for an average of 100-120 vessels annually over 3 years.
• Manage dry bulk vessel operations and post fixtures, ensuring efficient voyage execution.
• Prepare voyage or time charter party agreements based on clean fix recap, incorporating relevant terms and conditions.
• Prepare accurate laytime statements for each voyage, calculating demurrage or dispatch according to charter party terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with charterers and owners, actively seeking new contacts for business expansion.
• Supervise agency appointments and coordinate with agents for smooth port operations. Manage advance payments and finalize settlements.
• Monitor vessel operations and schedules, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for seamless operations.
