My responsibilities include:
•Managing the IT infrastructure and application teams.
•Responsible for the design of the networking solutions in the company.
•Responsible for the design of server solutions in the company.
•Responsible for establishing and delivering the Business Unit IT vision & strategy aligned with the Business strategy and within the Group framework.
•Develops technology roadmaps to support Business Unit strategic plans.
•Develops, tracks, and controls the information technology annual operating and capital budgets in support of the Business Unit and identifies opportunities to optimize IT spend.
•Assisting the business teams at the company for managing the SAP ERP systems.
•Responsible for installing hardware demos and presenting it to the board.
•Preparing and managing the needed solutions to the end users (company users).
•Training the team for any new systems.
•Troubleshooting any technical problems that may occur.
•Developing plans to deliver tasks on due dates.
•Responsible for providing support for Integration related issues and Production issues.
•Ensures adherence to Group IT standards and policies.
•Experience Documenting business processes, fit/gap analysis, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and updates on progress throughout the implementation
•Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal
•Perform gap analysis between system functionality and our requirements
•Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work
•Applies expertise in business process and technology, bringing innovative ideas and technology solutions to business problems.
•Understands and balances the immediate needs of the Business Unit, supports new business demands and helps define future solutions regarding suitable systems and IT services.
•Leads IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future. IT systems across the diferent Units.
•Providing scheduled detailed time sheets.
•Training new team Members & help them planning their development career plans.
