Responsibilities & Duties:
• Responsible & in-charge for the Executing Lounge Restaurant in the 12th floor of Jeddah Hilton Hotel.
• Guide & supervise the team to professionally serving our internal all top VIP guests, Princes, Sheikhs and business men from 9th, 10th, & 11th floors for the three meals B/F, Lunch & Dinner and exceed their expectation.
• Handle day to day restaurant operation and report directly to Food & Beverage Director.
• Weekly prepare & review of outlet rosters to ensure efficient staffing through the cross use of employees
• Develop formal training plans and conduct in- job training sessions for Food & Beverage department employees.

• Responsible & in-charge for 11 meeting rooms &24 hours opened business center.
• delivering prompt, fast, professional business center service for 24 hours / 7 day, internet, book binding, lamination, scanning, photocopying, printing…
• Make sure that all groups in all meeting rooms having a correct set-up, coffee breaks, buffet lunch, AV service and internet connection trough out their meeting period.
• Conduct staff evaluation & Conduct monthly communication meeting with team members.
• Implement a daily, weekly and monthly inspection. Ensure proper follow up to attain maximum quality, efficiency, cleanliness and security of outlets. Take over full responsibility for the entire Cash Float. Efficient handling of guests’ complaints and their follow up. Planning and implementing events and promotions in the outlets.
• Communicate with the function representative in meeting rooms in a daily basis to ensure the high standard and guest satisfaction were delivered
