•Planning and evaluating international Trade Marketing activities directed both to the final consumer and to the wholesaler channel which were key part of strategic marketing plans.
•Operating aligned with the Marketing department to commercialize in an international level seasonal portfolio (Easter, Halloween, Christmas), and new product launches to specific market places.
•Applying benchmarking about variety of activities, POP material support, among others, used by the competitors in different market places to improve Trade Marketing tactics.
•Monitoring brands key visual guidelines for promotional material like POP material, OOH advertising and media plan used as sales support in different markets and channels.
•Support new business development initiatives through market/price/competition surveys and volume estimates.
•Evaluating and identifying the market trend by tracking competitor prices, promotions, opportunities, and communicate observations to the concerned managers.
•Visiting the market to evaluate the situation of competition on ground.
Timeshare Sales & Marketing Support.
This is face to face, one on one, same day sales and each presentation last for 2 hours.
The qualified guests are provided by the Marketing Division.
•Give a sales presentation to prospective buyers in order to sell weeks.
•Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners.
•Interact and serve as tour guide to all prospective buyers.
•Complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions.

Providing consistent quality service to passengers at Check-in, Gates, and Transfer Desk. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) guideline and ensuring safety and security of passengers.
•To plan and act according to the briefing received from the Supervisor or Airline on various functions to be performed as per the required procedures for handling specific flights.
•Ensure that the equipment at the designated work area (Check-in / Boarding Gates / Transfer Desks) is functional before starting the flights and any faults are reported promptly.
•Maintain safety and security by consistently applying the company’s Safety Policy and Security Standard while executing my duty.
•Be proactive in assisting co-workers and seniors in specific passenger service activities pertaining to (but not limited to) functions performed at Check-in, Gates, and Transfer Desk.
•Effectively implement contingency procedures in the event of system outage.
•In charge of main direct resellers such as Carrefour Hypermarket and Cooperatives.
•Post Sale and service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
