Current responsibilities include:
- Corporate restructuring and development
- Management of all aspects of daily business operations
- Devising and preparing annual business plans, budgets, marketing strategies, and field sales campaigns
- Sourcing and developing corporate IT solutions, adapting, packaging, and promoting new technology services and products.
- Selling and delivering IT consulting services to a wide variety of clients, focusing primarily although not exclusively on strategic and tactical implementation of technology.
- Offering services include business/IT management consulting, IT business process improvement/redesign, e-strategies and Enterprise solution development.
Currently holds gold partnership with Microsoft, Oracle, as well as partners with SAP, Opentext, NETS and other hardware and software providers.
Clients include government entities such as the Kuwait e-government, Kuwait stock exchange, Kuwait council of ministries, Kuwait airways, as well as leaders in financial services, real estate, manufacturing and research and development.
