" Representing the Company, analyzing and negotiating bids launched by the private and public sectors in MENA and Africa;
" Drafting several types of Contracts (MoU, NDA, JVs, Lease Contracts, Service Agreements, Subcontracting and Sub-consulting Agreements, &);
" Drafting debriefs, legal advices and assisting in project meetings to negotiate risk clauses in compliance with the applicable laws and internal regulations;
" Raising awareness and conducting trainings to operational and legal risks to the Clients Personnel;
" Constantly working with FIDIC Contracts, for the PMCs, EPCMs, Consultancy Services Contracts, &
" Legal support in the field of corporate governance; Assisting and advising internal departments with the integration and promotion of the ethical approach and the corporate compliance program in accordance with applicable laws, rules and codes;
" Acting as the compliance officer for the MEA, EME and AFO regions by conducting researches and diligences on partners, clients and sub-consultants; validating/clearing partners, implementing processes to respect the Companys Code of Ethics; Training on-site personnel on compliance principle and issues; assisting the Companys Compliance Manager in drafting the Companys Code of Ethics to suit the regional peculiarities and customs;
" Occasional management of insurances subscriptions for projects in connection with external brokers
