Currently im working as operation manager in catering and food industry (franchise). I have been in this position since 5 months. We still under preperation, the operation not yet started
Since it is a new position and different career in accordance to my experience, i'm so keen to develop myself and learn more about this new career so to be capable to manage the daily tasks, to perform well in this position as oper manager and to be able to manage the team that will be working under my supervision.
