Leading the company and ensuring all employees buy into the company vision.
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the company’s
objectives, the board and shareholders.
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to
drive maximum performance.
• Working closely with the Business Development Director on strategy and approach to winning new
business.
• Analyzing opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability.
• Reporting results to the shareholders on a quarterly and annual basis.
Projects management and administration through all phases up to full commissioning and handing
over.
• Plan, organize, direct, control & evaluate projects from start to finish respecting schedule,
specifications and budget.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and devise means for tight financial
management.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against the
established schedules.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with all
parties on the project.
• Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
• Initiating project by selecting the team, setting procurement strategies, and selecting outsourcing
methods.
• All pre- & post-tender commercial negotiations, including VO’s, Extension of Time claims, & final
account settlements.
• Setting & monitoring department and project KPI’s.
