Hr Senior Recruiter
Act as a lead Recruiter, coordinating all recruiting assignments and ensuring efficient team work among Recruiters. Oversee employee recruiting and ensure the selection process is followed.
Responsible for administering the employee recruiting and selection process. Ensure all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable state, and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration, and company policy.
Responsible for taking inbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. Provide responsive and competent telephone support to customers in the areas of problem solving and handling customer inquiries. Mentoring the new recruits through the certification and shadowing face support the floor to ensure the service level and KPI’s of the current staff are developing.
Responsible for handling the flow of information within the account to ensure consistency of information received from Sony Vaio and delivered to end users. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation. Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques. Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.

In conjunction with the Airlines, contacts representatives of government, businesses, associations, and social groups to solicit and book meetings, and trade shows with an emphasis on Corporate and Freight business for the Apple Services facilities in Cairo
