RESPONSIBILITIES
* Over all operation in charge for the department.
* Handling the operations of all ODC
* Advertising and sales promotions for the restaurants
* Profit and Loss commentary on weekly basis.
* Duty roster for entire department
* Also responsible for F & B Outlet promotions targeting major Multinational companies.
* Monitoring the overtime and Pay roll.
* Setting up new standards for Restaurants.
* Strengthening guest relations and increasing guest loyalty.
* Ensuring that the guests needs are adequately catered for
* Training of the staff
* Weekly co-ordination of different entertainment/quiz nights/specials etc
Regency Halls are renowned wedding venues in Qatar with capacity of650pax in each Hall.

* Responsible for range of banquet set up for the weddings and meetings held
* Responsible for the buffet set up.
* Responsible for the station allocation of the staff.
* Responsible for the Out Door catering events.
