 Support the board of director by analysis of P&L, Balance sheet & C.F.S every quarter.
 Perform all the issues related to yearly / Quarterly of both internal and external audit
requirement.

 Perform all the issues related to yearly / Quarter Audit requirement.
 Systematic and manage all the annual leave balance for all the employees
 Coordinate tickets requests between employees and travel agency
 Maintain and ensure all the manpower have a legal relationship with the company
 Respond and issue of all administration letters needed from the employees

 Daily registration restrictions (bills, payment and purchases of new assets)
 Invoicing and collection of dues towards AL-SHARQ newspaper
 Preparing weekly sales report of Al-SHARQ newspaper
 Preparing commission for driver, for collection of dues from the clients
 Ensure timely processing cash salaries
 Notifying our customer about their expiring subscriptions
 Monitoring the payment of any due invoice
