Scope Of Work:
◼ Lead the Business Development unit in planning, developing and implementing corporate strategies & projects.
◼ Lead the Contact Center establishment & expansion projects (Technical & Non-technical).

◼ Overlook and Control all the Contact Center running Operations (Inbound & outbound).

◼ Participate in establishing new sister company specialized in Contact Center Solutions, Debt Collection & CS Consultations.
◼ Designed & established 5 fully equipped Contact Center facilities with a total of 800 seats, each within a month.
