• Random inspection as per weekly sampling plan from QAM of incoming product which includes checking of truck/container and product inspection against standards and Maintaining of the quality reports & Documents.
• Verification of temperatures of the cold stores and noticed deviations are highlighting to maintenance dept. for corrective Actions.
• Monitoring of Hygiene and Sanitation conditions of the work area and trucks and recording thru a format.
• Attending to customer complaints and feed back to the sales department about the corrective actions and actual status of the Issue. Documentation of customer complaints as per the format.
• Implement and maintain international quality standards as per company instructions (ISO / HACCP / GMP …. Etc).
• CCPs monitoring procedures and timely action, in case of deviations in the cold store.
• Verification of Certificate of analysis reports for the products received for the compliance.
• No confirming products handling and suitable advise for disposal or utilization.
• On the job training to workforce to improve the quality culture and good hygiene habits.

1. Assistance in developing the proper operation of the manufacturing programs for each class of different potato varieties to reach the best results.
2. Make sure the quality of incoming raw materials for the plant, as well as their suitability for manufacturing (Oil - shorting - dextrose - SAP - cleaning chemicals and boilers) specification approved by Farm Frites.
3. Inspection and Control of the final product and to ensure conformity with the specifications for Farm Frites (every hour - half an hour by clients) and food legislation standards.
