•Auditing the store's operation process and improving it as we go to make it fit the standard store's operation procedures (SOPs) and organization priorities.

•Leading and Managing the company’s stock profile (Stores and DCs) including the preparation and execution of periodical stock take for +400 stores and 3 DCs.

•Leading demand, supply planning, and quality assurance teams.

•Evaluating, and managing LOCAL standard IKEA’s SOPs without compromising on the operational IKEA’s worldwide standard.

•Managing, controlling, and auditing the cash office department and ensuring that daily weekly, monthly, and yearly routines are well followed according to the standard processes.

•Maintaining proactive and professional deals with external suppliers and contractors to reduce costs of the store’s needs, by questioning and approving all store’s LPOs to know the reason for spend.

•Participate in creating, reviewing, and controlling the Store’s yearly Business Plan and financial budget, and reviewing the actual vs. budget numbers every month with the store and HO’s management.

•Applying and executing the standard monthly store’s KPIs and following up through proactive action plans.

•Preparing and controlling the store’s CAPEX investment requests to facilitate the decision for our Dubai and Egypt management for approval.

•Planning and executing METRO’s corporate control tools, the Internal Control System (Operation risk evaluation, stores assessment, and risks’ reporting system), and enhancing the scope according to local (Country) risks and needs.

•Stores and Head office processes risk evaluation (Operation’s Process, Suppliers management, Suppliers Invoice Control, Suppliers contract, Later income, and prices check).

•Creating the company's SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) for the store and head office operations.

•Executing and controlling the store’s Stock Take and managing the stock control dep.

•Auditing and monitoring the stores from the processes and customer's point of view.

•Leading and Managing the store’s demand planning teams (4 Hypermarkets + 1 Express market

•Leading and Lunching the country's global Carrefour standard management profile, including the standard stores SOPs.

•Supervising the store’s goods-receiving teams.

•Auditing store's operation processes and store functions.

•Preparing and communicating the country KPIs to our main Maf-Group office based in DUBAI, and preparing the monthly enhancement action plan for the country.

•Ensuring effective implementation of Carrefour global standard management in the store.

•Auditing store’s operation processes and store functions.

•Stock management, and controlling store’s waste, shrinkage, and availability of regular and promotional items.

•Proposing and taking necessary measures toward the operation expenses.

•Supporting and assisting the store's departments to draw and decide on their general yearly action plan according to the store priorities.
