* FROM July 2007 TILL DATE WORKING AS Electrical supervisor substations in charge for (installation fabrication & Maintenance) at national cements company. to now.
JOB PROFILE:
Association with planning and allocation of job to carry out maintenance schedule in raw mill, cement mill, kiln, cooler, pre-grinders, section having 2 mills, limestone crusher and stackers, reclaimers. Working with superiors and colleagues with full support and co operation and also along with other departments.
*Carry out shut down jobs.
*Co-ordination with other department for smooth running of the plant.
*RESPONSIPELITY FOR Problem solving in ELECTRICAL field. AND instruments acquaintance with DC VSD Thyristor drives and VFD AC drives.
FIELD EXPOSURE:
Associated with Electrical Commissioning and maintenance of the following system:
1. 415 V MOTORS, IT CONTROLED BY P.L.C., MCC FEEDERS.
2.11KV MOTORS, with L.R.S STARTER.
3. MAINTENANCE (HT 11 KV. LT 415V. PANELS & MOTORS)
4. TRANSFORMERS FOR LIGHTING AND SITE SERVICES (11 K.V TO 415 V)
5. INVERTER&CONVERTER (690, 960) VFD DRIVES.
✓ Induction motors (slip ring & squire cage)
✓ Vacuum Circuit Breaker VCB, 11Kv.
✓ UPS & Battery charger. ESP tachnolagy
✓ Transformers (11 kv / 415, v & 11kv/690v)
✓ Variable Frequency Drive ( simovert, micro master & Robicon drives)
✓ Diesel engine generator 1MW (emergency generator)
✓ SIMOCODE pro device.
✓ Protection Equipment (differential relay, over current, earth fault, under voltage, Pocholze relay, master relay and others)

MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE:
Preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical. (11 Kv & 415 V &All AC DRIVES) . In Hole site distribution board for lighting and service .low voltage 220v. Lighting transformers 11k.V to 415 V. Switch gear & vacuum circuit breaker. CONVERTERS &INVERTERS AC drives. 415 V induction motors & 220 V SINGEL PHASE MOTORS.11 K.V MOTORS WITH L.R.S STARTER.
Manpower planning for daily maintenance and for shut down.
Preparing documentation properly.
FIELD INSTRUMENTS:
Analogue transmitters - Temperature monitors and sensors', pressure gauge, level probe, flow meter, current measuring, speed monitor.
Control valves, air control valves, water control valves.
Good hand in office -2003 and Making presentation regarding electrical & instrumentation.
Having knowledge of computer hardware.

Since 23.7.2007 till today. Firstly I work in plant AS SUPERVISOR in Electrical installation: (cable tray, cable laying power and control, MCC Feeders, LIGHTING & SERVICE TRANS FORMERS & 50 M.W.11 K.V & 415 V MOTORS FIXING AND CONICTING. Generators fixing and cables connecting and commissioning for whole plant.
