1. Electrical wire diagram preparation, cable layout preparation, BOM, Selection of cable & Electrical components, Electrical Design calculations, Production support, Installation Support.
2. Preparation of Eplan Drawings, Designing Control cabinets, Design setting of VFD, PLC and other electrical components.
3. Validation of component and Prototypes in accordance with the standards.
4. Design of cost-effective control systems for custom machinery, including hardware design, programming, safety analysis, and technical documentation. Analyze technical challenges and devise creative solutions by drawing on available resources.
5. Provide guidance and support for shop personnel during the electrical assembly of control systems and machines. Participate in control system debug and provide on-site installation and training as required by project specifications Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project status, resource requirements, and potential obstacles to success, and lead project teams as required. Actively participate in ongoing process improvement by contributing to engineering standards, procedural audits, and project design reviews.
6. Work proactively, with minimum supervision, to complete projects on time and within budget, delegate appropriately to engineering support and shop personnel, and travel occasional for system start-up and troubleshooting.
7. Troubleshooting instrumentation hardware and software issues, identifying and implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement activities in the data capturing and reporting aspects of testing to achieve higher levels of quality and efficiency.
8. Onsite Supporting Clients for creation of electrical database, MCC, FCC, PCC, Control panel designing on Eplan electric P8 V2.4. 3D Cabinet designing on Eplan pro panel. Training And Consulting For designing of electrical panels.
