• Built & maintained in-depth fully integrated financial forecast and valuation models using Markets Approach (Relative Valuation - Trading & Deal Comps), Income Approach (Future Cash Flows - Discounted Cash Flows).
• Conducted Financial Due Diligence and exhaustive operational & strategic analysis of the target companies.
• Industry research on various sectors including Microfinance, Ecommerce, Healthcare and Manufacturing sector.
• Responsible for Financial Statements Analysis and Building Cap Tables.
• Responsible for mentoring Analysts and reviewing their work.
• Coordinate with Investment Managers (IM) for Asset Allocation, Financial Statement Analysis, Stock Selection, Monitoring of Existing Investments, Portfolio Strategy, and Implantation.
• Monitoring customer account details and identifying & investigating non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Prepare regular performance and variance reviews, in associations with Business Leaders and Mangers.
• Leading a team of 7-8 members, overseeing project-related records, billings, and expenses, contributing to efficient project management and client satisfaction.
