"• Spearhead sales and business development by establishing goals, setting short term/ long term budgets and developing business plans for UAE, Qatar, Iraq, Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
• Lead in the creation of product road map and managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to commercial and tactical activities.

• Closely work with vendors from HP/ Aruba/Ubiquiti across sales/Marketing/operations with deep involvement in budget planning and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a measurable customer communications strategy using all relevant marketing disciplines in line with the customer life cycle management strategy.
• Developing strategies for improving marketing effectiveness, increasing marketing ROI, and identifying new business opportunities
• Taking care of the sales & business development operations with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth, identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference.
• Using sales forecasting to ensure the sale as well as profitability of products and analyzing business developments & monitoring market trends.
• Develop & maintain productive business relationship with customers and distributors aimed at accomplishment of business targets.
• Evaluate the untapped market and expand the existing network to increase market coverage and in-turn revenue and growth increment.
• Identifying and implementing strategies for building effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.

Responsibilities -
