Acts as the first-line coach & internal advisor in Talent Acquisition related matters to management team. Owns the Talent Acquisition operational excellence when implementing and executing Talent Acquisition & HR policies and processes.

Engage with Business leaders in recruitment forecast and planning on a yearly basis.
Participate in Creating Talent Acquisition business plan
Check recruitment and staffing processes and helps define best practices
Lead team of HR assistants, coach them, and develop them in all Talent Acquisition procedures, process and best practices.
Identify suitable candidate through different Talent Acquisition channels.
Screen candidate CVs and create short list of CVs for each position.
Invite and schedule candidates for interviews, send invitation to the candidates & the interviewers by email using the calendar meeting invitations.
Conduct competency based interviews for short listed candidates.
Keep track of recruitment activities and update the tracking sheets.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation to complete applicant’s files.
Ensure adherence to policies and that all hiring managers are completing the required forms
Ensures application of local labor terms & conditions is equitable and legally compliant (e.g. labor laws) As and when required, makes recommendations for review and continuous improvement. Keeps abreast of any legal changes and/or HR trends.
Responsible for the effective operation of all Talent Acquisition related activity including: senior managers, mid career hires, graduate, internship, internal mobility, budgeting, tracking and headcount management
Conduct the background checks (Educational & Employment) on candidates
Prepare and arrange employment offer and employment contracts
Send the new employee data to payroll to process employment ID Number and issuance of Global IDs
Send new joiners email to the Business, IT, facilities, … etc on a weekly basis and ensure that managers are preparing for new joiners arrival to sending them follow up email requesting their confirmation
Conduct on-boarding meeting for new joiners and deliver company over view, history and the 1st day integrity message for the new hire within the first 14 days and keep track on on-boarding process.
Arrange the on boarding session “Material, updates the presentation, send invitation.”
Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective on-boarding processes
Communicating with All the International Agents and follow up on the recruitment status of new hire.
Preparing Power of Attorney & Demand Order for the International Agencies.
Handling attestation of the all the Legal Documents from the Consulates and Chamber of Commerce.
Maintaining the VISA distribution as per Higher Management.
Updating Monthly VISA REPORTS for All the Regions and B&I.
Updating REGIONAL RECRUITMENT UPDATE REPORT(RUH, MED, DMM & JED)
Requesting & Issuing E-wakala for all available Visas.
Maintaining Recruitment Requests from all the Regions.
Supervising Advertisement in International countries.
Scheduling and conducting Interviews in all the International Countries.
Preparing recruitment plan and the numbers to be recruited in line with the VISA availability.
Attending HR Meetings related to Recruitment.
Preparing Finance PAYMENTS for all recruitment agencies (INDIA, NEPAL, SRI-LANKA, PHILIPPINES and other International agencies.)
Registering New Hire in Time attendance System (TAS).
Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
