Working as an FINANCE CONTROLLER in DELTA GROUP OF COMPANIES which is engaged in Manufacturing and Trading of Cable management support systems, Wiring accessories, switches, sockets, Extension Cords, Cable laying equipment’s (Winches, Trailers, Rollers & other accessories), Earthing and Lightning protection system Etc. having presence in UAE, OMAN and QATAR, The group comprises of the following companies

The Scope of Works Includes
RECORDING REPORTING AND RECONCILIATION
 Lead, supervise, Monitor performance and provide guidance /training the Accounts & Finance team in daily operations.
 Develop and maintain SOP’s, internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
 Review and validate Sales ledger, Pending DO list, customer ageing and overdue reports and PDC received list, hold, cancelled and bounce cheque reports
 GRN Costing of goods received and arrive at landed cost base on PO and Invoice term FOB, CFR, CIF etc.
 Review of Commercial documents for all international payments, like proforma invoice, COO, marine insurance and Bill of lading etc.,
 Processing of purchase Invoice and Creditors payment after due verification of supporting documents (PO, DO, MRN, Invoices)
 Coordinate with Bank relationship manager for LC negotiations and discounting, OD, BG, International fund transfer etc.
 Review of Fixed assets register and proper classification of additional of new asset and calculation of depreciation, accumulated dep. as per the respective country Tax laws.
 Review and process the monthly Payrolls, after adjusting any advance, deduction etc.
 Review of Monthly Provision for Leave salary, gratuity air ticket allowance, and processing of annual leave and final settlement.
 Preparation of Monthly BRS and intercompany reconciliation
 Preparation of Financial statement as per IFRS compliance, and monthly and yearly closure of books of accounts
 Review the ERP system to ensure accuracy of information. Ensure reconciliation of ledgers with underlying data. Design and suggest plans for improvement of ERP




STATURORY COMPLIANCE
 Ensure full compliance with VAT, corporate tax, customs regulations, and all other applicable legal compliances.
 Register company under VAT law, Calculation filing and payment of vat liability for UAE, Oman and Qatar companies
 Liaison with auditor for preparation of working document and get the ICV certification for various companies.
 Liaison with auditor for ESR assessment and preparation of ESR report
 Coordinate with auditor for completion of timely audit and filing of corporate tax for OMAN and Qatar companies.
 Filling of Ultimate beneficial owner for various companies
 Application of duty exemption certificate for import of good for industrial input
 Preparation of Commercial invoice and Certificate of origin for export outside UAE


BUDGETING AND ANALYSIS
 Calculation of Break-even tonnage for Factory and review and update timely.
 Calculation of Break-even Sales in value and quantity location wise and reporting to Management
 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the Company’s performance vs. business plans.
 Develop trends and projections for the Company’s finances and budgets.
 Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Budgeted fund requirement statement
 Calculation and review of cost analysis of various companies suggest the measure to reduce the Overhead cost.
 Preparation of Monthly MIS for Management review, Group Sales Report, Production reports, consumption reports, Tonnage reports, Comparative analysis category wise, location wise etc.
 Do Quarterly and yearly stock audit and identify the variance and do necessary adjustments.

STATURORY COMPLIANCE
 Register company under VAT law as per Federal Tax Authority
 Calculation of Input VAT, Output VAT and VAT payable
 Payment of VAT due and Filing of VAT return
 Processing of Salary thru WPS
 Registration of product with Dubai municipality, ESMA registration etc.
 Obtaining the CITES certificate from MOCCAE, for import of goods,
 Coordinating with Auditor for queries and providing the required information as requested.

BUDGETING AND ANALYSIS
 Preparation of Yearly financial budget as per the input from HO
 Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Budgeted fund requirement statement
 Calculation of Break-even Sales in value and quantity location wise and reporting to Management
 Preparation of Budgeted Revenue, expenses, manpower requirement, Profit and loss and Balance sheet of New and proposed shops
 Setting of Target sales for Shop and respective sale person category wise, and preparation of MIS on Target Achievement and do variance analysis between Target and actuals,
 Compilation of Quarterly stock variance report and make necessary adjustments.
 Preparation of other ad hoc reports and other duties as impose by management from time to time.
