Major Responsibilities during Operation and Maintenance:

•To ensure the efficient and reliable operation of MV/LV Substations.
•Corrective Maintenance, Troubleshooting of all electrical equipment’s including MV/LV Panels, MCC Panels, Motors, switchgears, AC/DC Drives, Soft starter, Simocode etc.
•To ensure smooth and efficient operation of 600 Ton/day Polyester Plant.
•Responsible for the administration of the electrical staff assigned to me.
•To maintain the history record of all equipment in eAM (ORACLE System).
•Preparation of checklists and schedules for preventive maintenance activities of all Electrical Equipment’s.
•Coordination with seniors for deciding minimum stock level in Inventory store for necessary spare parts .
•To raise demand of electrical components and verifying the quotations (Local and Imported) through ORACLE System. Parameterization of all inverters, rectifiers, simocode and Soft stator.
•Responsible to maintain and update parameter files record of all inverters, rectifier and simocode.
•Responsible to maintain and update ISO record.
•Preparation and maintenance of high capacity lead acid batteries for lifters
•Troubleshooting and checking of lead acid batteries
•Maintenance and overhauling of battery operating Fork Lifters (Trucks) and Can lifters
•Checking and maintenance of UPS batteries
•Maintenance and overhauling of UPS
•Checking and maintenance of Earthing mesh
•Maintenance & Overhauling of Omega Elevators
•To calculate and auditing the monthly energy consumption whole plat
•Write down the work instruction for electrical works


MAJOR TURNOVER IBRAHIM GROUP PETRO CHEMICAL PLANT

Major Responsibilities during Turnover of the Plant:
Following activities were performed during shutdown of Petrochemical plant (200 Ton/Day and 400Ton/Day)

• During shut down working on maintenance and overhauling of motors, LT&MV Panels, VCB, ACB UPS system and Variable Speed Drives (Siemens).
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of MV/LV switchgear, Transformers (Up to 2500Kva), ACB, VCB, Power factor panels.
• Maintenance of UPS and LED acid batteries.
• Maintenance of Motors, battery operated lifters.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of AC/DC SINAMICS & MASTERDRIVE.
• Dehydration test of Transformer oil and replacement of gaskets of HT insulators.
• Checking the healthiness of protection Relays and MV CT’s and PT’.
• Checking and tightness of power and control circuit.
• Relay Testing by using Secondary injection test set.
• Control Circuit Test of MV and LT panels as per drawing.
• Mechanical interlocks checked in MV panels.

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF IBRAHIM GROUP PETROCHEMICAL PLANT

Major Responsibilities during Erection & Commissioning of the Plant:
Following activities were performed during installation of two 132KV sub station and one15MW Gas turbine in Ibrahim group.

• Study and analysis of contract and preparing suggestion for improvement.
• Study and analysis of drawing (HT Panels) system, Earthing, Cables trays etc.
• Construction of Basements, Trenches, and underground piping for Lighting schemes and other electrical equipment.

• Supervision of lot receiving schedule & preparing of logistic area.
• OPI of received lot
• Installation of electrical equipment (132KV)
• Preparation of contract finalizing with local contractors
• 16500M laying of cable & 655 Termination, 90 11KV Kit
• Grouting of panels & interconnection of bus bars of HT Panels
• Testing & pre commissioning of HT panels & T/F
• Scheduling preparation for forigon vendors arrivals and working
• Pipe rack construction for ladder & cable tray.
• Loop test & pre commissioning of motors & instrument
• Energization of electrical equipment & start up
• Preparing & finalizing of Memo to vendor for defective, poor design & under capacity equipment
• Preparing list of critical spare parts & demanding for emergency
