Conduct TBT with team and briefing of all present activities and their hazards.
Ensuring the work permit contains sufficient information about the type of work required (Equipment removal,
excavation, hot/cold work, waste disposal, isolation).
Inspect the site area before the work should be started and identify the hazard in it.
Instructing the workers about the hazards and its precaution before starting the work
Ensuring the availability of all the necessary PPEs required for the smooth unit operation at the work site.
Ensuring the availability of safety stock/labels/boards/Extinguishers/PPE/daily Logbooks/Entry and Exit files.
Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with
management.
Preparation of site observation reports.
Giving prime importance to human and asset safety and maintaining quality and safety standards in the job area
Coordinating and attending Meetings, and Top Management meetings and actively participating in decision-making
to improve safe working conditions /practices to achieve optimum safety standards.
Trained employees regarding Firefighting, usage of PPE, CPR, harness, electrical appliances, etc.
Make the general workers aware of the safety while working, especially while working at height, Confined Space
Entry, Hot Work, Scaffolding work, Excavation work permit, and General work permit through Safety Induction
and Safety training program.

Record keeping & Documentation as per company standards.
Checking all mechanical & Electrical Erection activities at the project site from a safety point of view.
Checking all vehicles, welding machines, PEEs & mechanical equipment entering the site.
Preparing weekly reports of site improvement.
Issuing safety items to employees & maintain stock of safety items like induction book, work permit book, helmet,
shoe, jacket, goggles, full-body harness, etc…
