- Participated actively at SADARA project since its commissioning stage till its Full production of new products and remained involved to evaluate organizational structure to meets needs of customer beyond its expectation. This has been recognized and rewarded.
- Operational management of Container Marshaling Yard of 6000 TEUs for Dangerous and Non-Dangerous Goods, to maintain minimum level of Safety stock of 1000 TEUs, to monitor 3PL Inbound & Outbound deliveries through 80 trucks fleet for daily 500 Inbound / Outbound Deliveries of DG & Non-DG, to export of 250, 000 MT Cargo on average
- Implemented best practices for the safe storage and delivery of Dangerous and Non-Dangerous Goods.
- Leading a Team of Scheduling Planners, Yards Shift Supervisors, Shipping and transportation shift supervisors.
- Planning of Managing Manpower and Equipment Resources. It includes 160 staff, 85 Equipment (Terbergs, Chassis, Sweeper Machines etc.), PPM of Equipment, Scheduling and planning of orders based on make-to-order model, additional resources arrangement
- Expert in Initiating and Executing new MOCs & & SOPs as per operational requirement
- Member technical review board to evaluate new staff technical knowledge prior putting them into operation
- Making Operational and administrative Decisions for smooth and disciplined operation, addressing issues related safety and security of operational staff, identifying gaps for training arrangement, mentoring and motivating staff; taking corrective / preventive action(s) if required
- Reporting meaningful Management Reports and KPIs using inconsoLMS / SAP
- Providing additional Value Addition as IMS Council member; Internal Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 QMS and ISO 14001: 2015 EMS; Activity Coordinator / Gate Keeper; Immediate Response Leader (IRL)

Implemented cost effective logistics operation within the logistics annual budget of Rs. 400 million
Coordinated with Logistics Service Providers (Transporters) on Operational Matters for On time delivery
Lead logistics officers and loading supervisors located at various factories in order to ensure timely distribution of FG from factories in accordance with Branch forecast
Monitoring of SKU wise stock availability of all products at branch level
Communicated and coordinated with Managers of Sales Planning, Communication, Product, Warehouse, Sales etc.
Evaluated performance of transporters and their monthly Invoices
