Mixed Use Development Project (3B+G+M+7 Floors), 5-Star Hotel cum Office & Commercial Building. (Consultant: ECG)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Mechanical Engineer:
Reviewing the design/shop drawing.
Execute the site installation works as per method statement.
Installation of Ducts, CHW pipes, Valves, final fixtures etc.
Installation of Fire Fighting pipes, Valves, sprinklers, Hose reels, FHC.
Installation of Pl & Drainage pipes (PPR, Copper, UPVC, HDPE)
Installation of Mechanical Equipment for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Services (Chillers, AHUs, CHW Pumps, FCUs, Fire pumps etc.)
Supervise the construction activities by handling the technical issues.
Ordering the Required material as per Specifications & following up with procurement.
Coordinate with other services for site execution works.
Preparing the progress reports.
To organize & raise the inspections with QA/QC for completed works.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Mechanical (Design) Engineer:
Preliminary planning based on Architectural Drawings.
Preparation of Concept design, Single Line Drawings, Detail Design Drawings and Sections.
To attend the client meetings for project related work as and when required.
Heat Load Calculation using ASHRAE Methods with proficiency software such as HAP and E20.
Air Duct calculation and sizing using McQuay duct sizer and SMACNA.
Air Terminal selection using BETA performance data program.
Chilled water pipe Design/Sizing using ASHRAE Methods and McQuay pipe sizer, Pump Head calculations for chilled water pump selection, fire pump and domestic water pumps.
Expansion tank sizing, ESP calculations for fans & blowers.
Coil selection for the AHUs (chilled water system) based on design calculations.
Stair well pressurization system design for high-rise buildings.
Designing of all exhaust system like car parking exhaust, toilet exhaust and kitchen exhaust system, design the VRF system.
Selection of AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and VAV system.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As HVAC Engineer:
To monitor the work progress as per the approved construction schedule and its documentation.
Checking with Supervisor & Foreman for Distribution of Daily Manpower as per Work load and schedule to achieve target.
Reviewing the design/shop drawing, clarification of errors in the drawings with the consultants.
Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.
Coordinating with other trades civil, electrical, and plumbing to avoid repetitive work, preparing weekly report and with highlighted the problems affecting the progress on site.
Ensuring work is executed in accordance with contract specification design, agreed procedures and method statements.
Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule, follow up with suppliers for the delivery of material.
