Lead and motivate the engineering team to ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables, in accordance with the engineering schedule and budget and complies technically with Project requirements.
Facilitate and manage the preparation of project scope documents and circulate to seek approval from all involved parties.
Ensures that interface issues between disciplines are identified and communicated to direct supervisor;
Issue instructions to the Project team members, manage project progress meetings, and ensure that any changes in the project scope are agreed and implemented;
Liaise with Clients where direct project work is being undertaken and assists in the production of the coordination procedures for the project;
Provides progress monitoring and reporting against that plan, identifies shortfalls and communicates these to direct supervisor;
Assist to prepare project schedule, to regularly monitor and report progress, take corrective action when required to ensure that the schedule is adhered to and to control any variations in time;
In conjunction with the Planner, support the development of a realistic integrated schedule for the assigned work scope.
Ensure that HAZOPs, Reliability and Risk Assessments are performed on all appropriate projects;
Performs related duties as agreed with Senior Project Manager/ Project Engineering Manager.
Support the Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager in identifying project risks and devising/ implementing mitigation plans associated with the assigned work scope;
Collate/produce progress & project reports for others to use in decision making
Assist on Progress and Management of change.
Assistance in ensuring that project related records are complete, accurate and up to date.

Carry out basic and conceptual engineering design including calculations and analysis as per project requirements. Prepare P&ID, PFD, fire and Gas safety system and process safety system including shutdown philosophy, cause and effect for the projects and proposals;
Coordinates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes;
Partake in the Revision-A and Revision-B procedures by verifying all required and relevant equipment’s are reflected on the diagrams through supporting documentation and relative design criteria. Identify ambiguities and clarify equipment requirements;
Prepare specification, data sheets for process equipment and instrument, pipe line lists, general arrangement, piping design, pump arrangement, bill of materials and Material take off;
Instrument location plans, termination details, process and pneumatic hook-ups, PLC control panel design and loop diagrams, piping layout;
Provides technical assistance to construction, project commissioning and start-up activities. Attend site check/verification & adhere to check drawing procedure in both on-shore and off-shore;
Assist engineers in the preparation of technical inquiry requests (Inquiry Requisitions) to vendors, participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Assist in the preparation of Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), review vendor drawings and documents. Attend vendor seminars when required;
Assist in the review of plot plans; participate in organizing the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC’s);
Keep current through the study of related technical literature including quality procedures and guidelines;
Perform related duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor or Mentor.

Daily work involved obtaining and monitoring key process parameters like flow, level, temperature and pressure meter readings, recording and reporting equipment status and adjusting flow rates as required by advising the control room panel operator;
Provides technical support to troubleshoot and optimize plant operations and plant facilities modification job. Facilities changing work for process improvement & then pre &post commissioning work and ensure Specification which meet company objective, standards & codes & best practice for safety, reliability & cost;
Responsible on gas dehydration process plant for smooth production, well head operation & recovery, flare system & utility system with power generation, environmental waste management with incineration;
Experienced in handling of fire and gas safety system for condensate storage tank, produced water tank, slope tank, fuel scrubber, High pressure separator, Contactors, re-boilers, knockout drum, vapor recovery unit (VRU) and Foam tank;
Developed input and reviewed SOP(Standard Operating Procedure), SWP (Standard Working Procedure) PTW (Permit to Work) system, CSE (Confine Space Entry), MOC (Managing of Change), HA (Hazardous Analysis), LOTO (Logout &Tag out);
Verification and testing of instrumentation components, process and methods monitoring, approval of field records, documents, registers, check sheets as per plant requirements, installation, commissioning and start up;
Prepare list of instrument items for inclusion in final punch list; confirm that technical integrity verification requirements are met; Monitor work for safe work practices, management of change;

Support on maintenance instruments equipment at the site, maintenance work & troubleshoot of all instruments;

Process operation support and monitoring of high pressure gas processing plant, remote high pressure well head operation, Produced water treatment, Clean water injection to injection well, Oil & gas sales metering, Condensate storage tanks, slop tank, Sewerage treatment and incinerator;
Well preparation and monitoring for servicing works, performance test, integrity test, well shutdown and start up by following standard procedures, record data, measuring pressure and temperature and make report for operation manager and prepared schedules for yearly well servicing;
Estimate reservoir & fracture related calculation, Chemical calculation like BOD/COD, burn/unburned methane gas emitted heat;
Evaluate contactor proposals, execute monitoring. Prepare & update safe work practices modules in plant;
Analysis hazard management process, control, recovery, risk assessment, occupational health and environmental management;
Perform routine checks to ensure work practices are uniform and consistent throughout all aspects of process modification tasks like cold flare vent stack, install new test separator;
Responsible on gas dehydration process plant for smooth production, well head recovery & cold flare system.
