1) Ensuring all objectives of subordinates are achieved as per management goals and objectives.
2) Implement Front End Control and eliminate manual accounting processing.
3) continue review and updating of Opertions Policies and Procedures.
4)Ensure Quality of Operation staff in Head Office and Branches and upgrade them as and when required by implementing scoreboarding system.
5) Centralization Of Bank Operations in Riyadh and Jeddeh to add more controls and minimize cost of operations.

2) Ensuring Bank consolidated financial postion and analysis requirements are passed on target dates.
3) Ensure all SAMA returns are delivered on time.
4) Ensure Bank Of England Returns for U.K. branche are submitted on tome.
5) Introduced MIS ( Management Information System) reporting for the bank with Cost Accounting.
6) Preparing all relevant financial reports to the Board of Directors as of year end.
7) Approve and authrize the opening/closing of accounts in the bank books.
8) Coordinate with Bank External Auditors as and when required.

1) Maintain effective control function for the organization.
2) develop procedures for the new products lounched abd update old one's as and when required.
3) Ensure financial reports generated are reviewd and report any discripancy to the countree Senior Opertion Officer.

Worked in Accounting Divission with B signature in H.O then I was reassigned to thier London Branch when opened in 1978.
My main function is to ensure day today daily product processing are in order and i created thier new G/L accounting system in London.
