Perform weekly, monthly, 3 monthly & yearly PMs Checks as per
provided schedule.
 Prepare daily reports on activities carried out and also prepare progress
reports.
 Function test the main production line valve in the Island and make
sure the ESD logic is responsive and the valve is in good operational
condition.
 Function test the Hi-Lo Pilot switches in the production header, check
their integrity and the Production Well ESD response time.
 Calibrate and Install various range of gauges, wireless PT & TT
transmitters in the Wellhead/X-MASS Tree as per well work operations/
Production teams` requirements.
 Install & calibrate the Pem-tech Temporary Portable Detector after
well handover in case a permanent WCHP is not ready.
 Perform the new well hook-up activities such as tubing, fittings &
Hydraulic supply jobs for DHSV, MV & WV in X-MASS Tree.
 Check the Hydraulic Oil & Nitrogen pressure in the HPU accumulators
and charge accordingly when necessary.
 Standby with production team during shut downs and ensure the quick
response to the system errors and faults.
 Participate in the pre-commissioning for Production Build-up 1
(Project Second Phase) of equipment and wells when maintenance
work is completed.
 Ensure the integrity of drilling rig ESD system by testing periodically.
 Connect/ disconnect, bypass & normalise the drilling rig ESD system
and field JB after each rig move or as per work requirements.
 Perform routine/non routine modification, installation, and maintenance
of instruments wiring in field JB, CR FGP, CR ESD cabins.
 Perform routine, modification, installation for hydraulic system tubing
inside WHCP & HPU.
 Participates in the modification of instruments or in the construction of
experimental instruments.
 Drive pickup trucks to and from work sites, load/off load materials &
equipments.
 Undertake other similar or related duties such as brief and guide local
technicians, maintaining work site clean, tidy and safe, attending training
and safety meetings.

 Coordination with other departments as necessary to facilitate customer satisfaction.
 Handle and service walk in customers and VIPs.
 Establishing contact with list of Business clients.
 Calling prospective leads and conducting telephonic sales engagements.
 Closing deals and maintaining customer relationships

Handle drill pipe stands during POOH and put them into set back.
