• Work within and promote ADF safety and operational policies.
• Provide clients with technical expertise to support ADF services.
• Develop client (GNPOC) contact and promote ADF services.
• Ensure that all the personnel related to the drilling fluid service are capable for safe and effective job performance.
• Insures that people, equipment and materials arrive on location in a timely manner as required by the client.
• Executes successful jobs according to design and client specifications.
• Assist District Manager in preparing performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
• Visit drilling fluids location and conduct field audits, both safety audit and technical audit.
• Contribute to the month end report by gathering needed statistics and report on time.
• Train and develop assigned employees to operate in a safe, efficient and professional manner within company polices and procedure.
• Initiates disciplinary action when necessary, on location with crew or assigned personnel, with District Manager’s guidelines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager.
