Responsibilities:
• Alignment of IT strategy with business goals.
• Lead implementations of ServiceNow products: ITSM, GRC, ITAM, SPM, OTM, SO, CSM.
• Implement IT GRC processes, policies, audits, risks and compliance procedures.
• Identify Risks associated to IT within risk register and remediate any risk or exceptions
• Continuously monitor defined controls, exceptions, risks and tests
• Analyze data to continuously improve and optimize systems and processes.
• Manage Audit and Compliance to improve processes and operations by supporting a program of internal audits and external assessments against adopted standards and frameworks such as ITILV4, CobiT, ISO20000, ISO27001
• Manage integrations and process automation using ServiceNow
• Integrate I.T applications via Web Services to centralize data
• Manage KPI’s of staff and perform periodic reviews though performance management process
• Manage IT finances and annual budget allocations
Responsibilities:
• Develop Continual Process Improvement Plans for IT: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, Capacity, SLM, ISM, BRM, Supplier, Project, Continuity, Availability
• Authorize and manage all Business process improvement projects for ZI Group.
• Develop KPI’s for I.T staff and perform periodic reviews though performance management tool
• Manage ITSM Applications and lead project improvements for Service-Now Application.
• Manage integrations and process automation using Service-Now Orchestration
• Lead IT finances and annual budget allocations
• Lead Improvements to Zamil Shared Service Help Desks: IT, Facilities, Personnel & Govt. Relation, Loss Prevention and HR Departments.
• Promote shared I.T infrastructure & applications to reduce costs and improve information flows.
• Manage internal and external IT audits with the and process reviews to identify opportunities where enhancements can be cost-effectively achieved
• Execute service improvement plans based on output of audits and management reviews
Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans for IT Service Management implementations
• Review Polices to identify opportunities where standards can be set and achieved
• Perform IT audits and process reviews to identify opportunities where enhancements in IT services, operations, processes, policies and procedures based on ISO/IEC 20000 Standard.
• Perform or lead audit planning, design, execution, and finalization efforts.
• Prepare audit work papers and reports that document the audit work performed and any internal control issues identified during the audit.
• Communicate with functional and executive management regarding audit procedures performed and control recommendations. In addition, assist management in developing action plans to address identified control opportunities.
• Prepare for and coordinate periodic management review meetings for IT services.
• Execute SIP based on output of internal audits and management reviews.
• Continually improve management of I.T services based on ISO/IEC 20000 Standard
Responsibilities:
• Manage key sales & marketing IT projects
• Be the e-marketing & Project Management expert within the Commercial IT Team
• Recommend Marketing / IT solutions for the Business
• Maintain positive relationships with business customers and IT groups to identify value-add business opportunities, provision, coordination of support, development resources and high-quality deliverables
• Provide technical guidance in development and delivery of application design and implementation and decision support systems

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
- Maintain network hardware and software.
- Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
- Supervise other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
