the Kingdom of Bahrain, the company has an authorized share capital of USD 500m with an issued and paid-up capital of USD 1 00m. Main responsibilities:
•Reviewing of the following monthly/quarterly reports: o Monthly Trial Balance o Monthly Profit & Loss Statement o Monthly Balance Sheet o Cash Flow Statement o Comparative analysis of the income statement
•Monthly payroll cycle from an accounting point of view
•Mange, review & reconcile the bank account and payables.
•Responsible and administrator for the accounting system.
•Oversee the subsidiary's level to produce accurate & timely reports.
•Preparing all the financial reports in accordance with IFRS, reconciliation of inter-company balance, preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts, review of financial statements, and regular liaison with the senior management team & external auditor.
•Work in line with the CFO and acting COO in the following: o Annual Budgeting o Corporate Finance activities - i.e. raising debt, financial analysis with the company's capital structure, capital budgeting/ rationing... Etc. o Risk management & hedging o Financial Analyzes o Treasury & cash management. o Preparing the company for credit rating & dealing with credit rating agencies. o Analyzing potential investment.
