Provides hardware and software Service Desk support and technical education to end users.
Troubleshoots Windows software and hardware for end users through Help desk.
Providing the necessary multimedia equipments to all the departments as they need it.
Mange and Develop SMC Learning center, class rooms and Auditorium.
Full Responsibility of managing the Events held inside or outside SMC.
Manage MATV system by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing.
Monitoring communication systems and mobile signals and keep in direct contact with the carrier providers.
