.Supervision of infrastructure networks such as drainage, sewer, Storm water, portable water, irrigation.
.Supervision of GRP pipeline drainage, clay pipes, ductile iron pipes along with bedding and surrounding and backfilling with testing.
.Supervision of concrete works of manholes, inspection chambers and underground water tanks.
Supervision and controlling of site inspection and survey works .
.Plan and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommend the best option to the project manager for approval prior to execution at site.
.Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the civil work groups at site .
.Plan the execution of all civil related works and coordinate with electrical and mechanical groups .
.Supervision of underground all kind utilities and service related with civil work .
.Participating in weekly review meeting with the Clint and consultant.
.Submits site daily reports, inspection request, estimate and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
.Ensuring that all construction works are completd in accordance with the health and safety requirements .
.Ensuring the site image is in complains with project standards and policies .
responsibility was :
• Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles;
• Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals;
• Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues;
• Approval for civil site Inspector, checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slab ..etc
.checking reinforcement and formworks prior concrete casting.
.inspection of site at regular intervals to monitor progress.
. monitor contactor QA, QC activities and maintain records .
.Ensure quality of work.
. taking sample of materials delivered to site and responsible for the entire laboratory testing, including concrete temperature and slump.
.Coordination with site staff towards smooth execution of work.
