• IKEA stores called “Order & Collection Point “OCPs in Qassim 4275 m2 and Kharj with 4080 m2 also with total budget SR 52 million. . IKEA store in Jeddah Al SALAM Mall with 22000 m2 (Supporter) . IKEA Bahrain with built up area 82000 m2 with total budget SR 450 Million . Supervise the full conceptual design of Riyadh Gallery extension mall, Cinema, Hotel & new IKEA store, with total budget SR 1.2 Billion
1. Accountable for managing the delivery of critical projects, and for providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by IKEA
2. Providing monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to top management.

10. Updating project plans to include agreed changes if any.
11. Producing accurate financial reports.
12. Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.
13. Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings.

Responsibilities:
• Design of HVAC, Refrigeration and Plumbing Systems for buildings and other large-scale commercial projects.
• Client programming and interaction with engineers of other disciplines, architects, and city officials. Interaction with contractors.
• Mentoring of junior staff members, including designers and drafters, through the production phase of the project. Ability to delegate work to the
design team and oversee the total design process.
• Creation of bid packages, on-site field work during the construction phase.
• Performing of heat load calculations, equipment sizing and layout, pipe sizing.
• Handing over all projects to Maintenance with all requirements data.
• Working with AIB international organization
