I worked as a IT Business Consultant in implementation of New Enterprise Asset Management System (MAXIMO). This was a large scale project. The project started about 4 years ago. Participated with MAXIMO Team to Implementation and customization this System. I was responsible of Configuration Management and Technical Library area (Document Management System). We went through full development life cycle. We established a customize approach to implement this project by adding our own templates for each phase.
Cycle included series of activities such as
1. Business Process Map
2. Business Process Design
3. Documentation of each Business process
4. Detail Functional Specification documents for developers to fit the business processes approved
5. Report Requirement session with the users and documentation
6. Unit Acceptance Testing Scenarios collection and step by step execution document for each scenario
7. End User training Manual
8. Conducted End-User Training for each module
9. Data Gathering and data integrity testing
10. Post-Go Live Support
Support Configuration Management, External Procurement and Shipping and users Administration.
On-Job-Training in Business Objects through Maximo Framework and Java Programming.Got Training on Java Language Programming in College of Technology.
Got training on Maximo Development Tools: Application, DB, Birt Reporting, Java programming, Integration, Workflow Design, Server Installation and Administration.
