Sales & Operations
• Setting monthly sales target for all the stores
• Coordinates product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales)
• Pricing of new Products
• Develops and executes qualification criteria for new product/program rollout
• Executes appropriate tracking/start documents
• Make Quarterly product movement and product speed report
• Monthly sales report
• Tracks and adjusts brand support spending to achieve budgeted levels
• Conduct business analysis and present KPI reviews
• Ensure visual standards are communicated and implemented across stores through visual merchandiser (VMD).
Marketing

• Closely monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, market share trends and competitive
• Developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
• Identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria.
• Analyze and evaluate ROI on new products proposed by HQ
• New product Launch


Procurement & Inventory
• Manages monthly product forecasting requirements and achieve appropriate inventory targets
• Undertake sales forecasting and monitoring of inventory levels across the brand
• Monthly product movement report (overall & per store)
• Monthly consumption report
• Make procurement order to HQ based on sales & Inventory forecast of 3 months
• Oversee & monitor the eCosma (Saudi food & drug authority) registration of the products through registration team.

Project (Construction)
• Coordinate with project manager to communicate inputs related to new store opening
• Co-ordinate new store design & furniture with HQ
• Co-ordinate with all departments involved in the new store opening then approve the store opening
• Make Store opening report for management & HQ
