· Managing projects from conception, pre-execution through to completion.
· Preparing technical and commercial proposals.
· Designing of HVAC system (Heat load calculations and duct sizing) using Elite Software.
· Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and execution of projects to agreed budgets and time frames.
· Procurement of equipment, tools and materials.
· Managing projects; planning, coordination, supervision on project’s execution stages, progress reports and site visits.
· Resolving complex technical issues and coming up with fast efficient solutions.
· Responsible for all HVAC works at NG substations (8142, 8145, 8146, 8153, 9016, 8166, 8172, 8068, 8606, 8515 and 8135)
PRODUCTION ENGINEER | NEGEMCO, JORDAN | JUNE, 2013-OCTOBER, 2014
· Plan and coordinate production processes (cutting, fabrication, welding, painting and shipping) on daily basis to produce high quality products.
· Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
· Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
· Coordinate with safety department to ensure the availability and applying of all safety procedures.
· Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
· Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
· Provide clear and accurate production and working hour's reports to top high management.
· Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
· Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
· Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
