MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Swimming Instructor, To ensure revenue by more than 50% annually.In total i have six (6)years experience information to offer you.i have consistently increased revenue and profitability in each year. compliance with rules & regulations in connection with Health & Safety.Represent the department during Manager"s Absence.Assist the Activity Coordinator in all the tournaments & Games.Supervise pool, Beach users & provide Safety Coverage.To ensure surrounding areas of the department Cleaned& Washed as per the Standard.(Tables, Sun Loungers, Ashtrays & Umbrellas.To report maintenance requirements to the Engineering department.Handle Club membership inquiries & ensure satisfaction of the potential members.Report for duty punctually & maintaining a high standard of personal grooming.provide a friendly, courteous & professional service at all times.

As a Swimming Instructor I'm full Responsible for the safety of the children whom am teaching swimming.assisting and advising on exercise techniques and overall health to deliver an excellent guest and members experience.to motivated members and guest to swimming by building relationships and advising on exercise technique.Advise members and up-sell swimming sessions.Conduct inductions with new members and guests. Qualified with Emergence action plan and procedures when required.Ensure all users follow safe pool practices,enforcing safety regulations.well qualified with First Aid and CPR.Ability to consistently conduct oneself in a professional and helpful manner.Ability to encourage and motivate.Having personal training qualification and strong interpersonal skills.well experience to deliver a high level of customer service. Above all i was Award Employee of the month Three (3)times,2003,2005 and 2011 in the year 2005 i was Award best Employee of the Year.2011 Awarded Appreciation Certificate for Rescuing drowning child in the pool on March 2011 and second Appreciation Certificate Award for Rescuing four(4)Adults drowning at the Beach on May 2011..Having certificate training for Supervisor.In 2008 i was nominated HOTELIER Award under the category of UNSUNG HEROES.
