•Conducting periodic business calls to review client's financial needs and opportunities for marketing bank services.

•Carrying out comprehensive financial and non financial analysis on customers financial statements as part of complete credit analysis report on new credit requests and renewal of existing ones.

•Presenting customer requests for extending or issuing new credit facilities with a comprehensive report to respective committees.

•Define an opportunity that enables the bank attracting new clients.

•Assess changes in global/local markets that can influence current client's portfolio & financial positions Contacting with the potential Clients and arranging visits to them.

•Monitoring accounts' turnover, limits authorizations and utilizations.

•Conduct studies/gathering information concerning market sectors.

•Develop and maintain customer relationship with corporate/ commercial clients by provide professional financial solutions in areas of corporate / commercial lending and trade financing.
•Communicate with potential clients and conduct visits to them.
•Preparing full credit file.
•Apply cross selling, offering the bank's products/services for the clients.
•Monitor limits and accounts composing a client's portfolio, evaluating each client utilization of granted facilities.

Portfolio Management:

•Assist Relationship Managers (RM) in preparing proposal & excesses' memos, renewals and increases in facilities.
•Monitoring accounts' turnover, limits authorizations and utilizations.
•Validate requested transactions according to authorizations and instructions

Administrative Follow up:

•Expiry date of facilities/limits
•Issue instructions of installment/invoices' settlements, account and interest coverage
•Guarantees' Reevaluation and coordination with expertise

Execute Credit Committees Decisions & Follow Up:

•Credit files approvals & executions with other departments
•Prepare the contacts of the client for granting new facilities in coordination with the concerned RM
•Follow up on issuing (L/Cs, L/Gs, Transfers…etc.)

Having an excellent experience in:

•Retail loans (Personal loans, Housing loans and Car loans )
•Studying applications of individual loans
•Follow up the loan payments
•Present all bank services to the customers (open a new account, transfers, credit cards, banking deposit, E-banking).
