Financial Planning & Reporting
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with senior management.
• Monitor budget performance and prepare monthly BvA and financial management reports.
• Submit accurate donor and HQ financial reports on schedule.
• Conduct financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and cost efficiency reviews.
• Strengthen fund utilization, compliance, and internal controls through monthly reviews.
• Present financial insights clearly to support management decisions.
Accounting, Payroll & Financial Control
• Oversee all accounting operations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Implement robust internal controls and ensure fraud prevention.
• Manage monthly and annual closings, payroll processing, and statutory remittances.
• Approve financial transactions and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Prepare timely reconciliations, manage payables/receivables, and coordinate audits.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all financial systems.
Grants & Partner Financial Management
• Manage grant finances and ensure donor compliance.
• Review partner financial reports and conduct monitoring visits.
• Lead partner financial training and support grant forecasting, modification, and closeout.
• Maintain complete and organized grant documentation.
Operations & Compliance
• Coordinate finance, procurement, logistics, and administration for operational efficiency.
• Review fuel and asset reports, manage compliance sessions, and handle banking relations.
Supervision & Capacity Development
• Lead, coach, and assess finance team performance.
• Identify and address capacity gaps and promote accountability, teamwork, and ethical conduct.
• Supervise Finance Assistants/Interns and ensure adherence to internal control
• Responsible for data capturing of transactions into SAP 300 ERP
