1. Flight Planning International (WorldWide Flights)
2. Requests and secures Permitries (OVF, Landing and other regulatory permits)
3. Prepares Flight Plan Briefing Package
4. Performs manual weight and balance (Load Control Responsibilities)
5. Coordinates Crew and Pax services to third-party Handlers; if necessary
6. Coordinates Ground Services for ARR/DEP flights
7. Ensures duty hours of the pilots and cabin crew must not exceed the regulated duty hours for human performance and Regulatory Restrictions.
8. Provides complete Weather, Special Procedures, possible Operational threats throughout the Flight,
and other operational-related Information.
9. Ensures all requested services are catered to clients satisfaction.
10. Ensures that the Aircraft departs at a scheduled time or earlier than the scheduled time.
11. Ensures Flight plans are based on preferential routing especially flights to CHN, FES, MES
12. Ensures that the flight will be completed following safety and security protocols.

14. Flight Coordination
1. Creates Operational Flight plan for Domestic and Regional Routes
2. Sends ATC FPLN and RPL to ATS Facilities
3. Prepares Flight Plan Briefing Package
4. Performs manual weight and balance (Load Control Responsibilities)
5. Flight Monitoring and Flight Following.
6. Ensures duty hours of the pilots and cabin crew must not exceed the regulated duty hours for human
performance and Regulatory Restrictions.
7. Performs Crew control everyday and during disruptions
8. Performs briefing to Pilots regarding Aircraft status, Weather, Special Procedures, possible Operational threats throughout the Flight, and other operational-related Information.
9. Knowledgeable in ATR 42/72 Aircraft Performances and Limitations
10. Ensures that the Aircraft departs at a scheduled time or earlier than the scheduled time.
11. Assist Pilots on Emergency by communicating with ATS Units for emergency response.
12. Activates CMT (Crisis Management Team) when necessary
13. Ensures that the necessary Operational Requirements for the aircraft is completed.
15. Ensures that the flight will be completed following safety and security protocols.
