❖ Name of the Organization: Confidence Power Bogura LTD (CPBL). ❖ Job Title : Engineer (Electrical Maintenance). ❖ Location : Birgram, Shahjanpur, Bogura. Job Responsibility ❖ To comply with safety regulations. ❖ Erection & Commissioning 113 MW HFO & 7.2 MW Co-Gen based power plant with foreigner. ❖ To find Fault and Troubleshoot when fault occurred in different System/Component of Power Plant according to respective drawings such as MAN 18V 48/60 TS 18.9 MW Engine and ABB Alternator, 11KV Switchgear System, 415V Low Voltage Switchgear (which is equipped with different size Motor Control Unit, MCCB, MCB, Magnetic Contact). ❖ To find fault and Troubleshoot when fault occur in a system according to consider the characteristic of different type control device, like: Speed sensor (Magnetic, Inductive, type), Temperature sensor (Thermocouple K, Pt-100), Pressure sensor (4-20mA), Frequency converter, Transducer (Voltage, current, frequency), Magnetic contact, Relay, Pressure switch, Level switch, Limit switch, etc. ❖ Scheduled & Unscheduled Maintenance work done of MAN 18.55 MW DG sets, 132 KV switchyard equipments, 11KV switchgear equipments, Low Voltage Switchgear Equipment, Power Transformer (11/132 KV, 70/80 MVA). ❖ Troubleshooting and Maintenance of HFO and Lube oil Separator, Booster module, Lube oil module, pre-heating module, Nozzle cooling and leak fuel module, WTP all electrical equipment, FTP all electrical equipment, all Overhead crane. ❖ Troubleshooting and Maintenance of WHRBoiler equipments like motor, MOVs, control circuit, LCVs, TCVs, PCVs.
❖ Troubleshooting and Maintenance of STG equipments like alternator, control device, control circuit, motor, control valves & controllers. ❖ Schedule Maintenance of Engine & co-gen all electrical systems. ❖ Make Monthly Maintenance Report, Maintenance Schedule, reported to higher authority, recorded it in register Book. ❖ Make a list of Monthly Spare parts Consumption list and Maintain Sub Store. ❖ Responsible for taking corrective actions during system operational disturbance (say tripping of any generator, plant trip, malfunctions of auxiliaries etc). ❖ Perform start up, shutdown and normal operation of DG sets, auxiliaries and other power plant systems / facilities.
