Key Responsibilities Areas:
Sales :( Acquiring, Enhancing, Deepening and Retention)
•Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system
•Increase liabilities size of relationship via:
•Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or COEX or Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support
•Penetration of products across family groups & increase GPH.
•Sales across all product segments-TPP, Assets, Cards etc.
Portfolio Management
•Identify existing/new customers who meet Select product criteria and upgrade these customers under the Select programme in line with the Select grouping criteria.
•Ensure that optimal levels of Income generating Product Group Holding is reached
•Ensure that the Customer Group profitability is achieved
•Regular contact is maintained with all portfolio customers such that 75 customers are contacted every month and entire portfolio is contacted at least once every quarter.
•Ensuring that customers make us their primary bank
•Attrition control of customers
Customer Services
•Ensure quality customer service is delivered
•Resolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TAT’s
•Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same. Check back on recent customer’s registered to DBC channel and give any specific help required
Achievement of income plans and other benchmarks
•Ensure that income plans for the month and year are duly met across products
•Achieving of portfolio level benchmarks of CTG and IPH
•Income product to be sold to each group of the portfolio in the year
•Ensure that the benchmark sales per day is met
Reporting: Branch Head and RM Channel Head

Key Responsibilities Areas:
•Building relationship with major institutions, government departments, etc to tap business opportunities.
•Attend crucial meetings with existing and potential clients besides in the branch portfolio along with respective RM/CSRs of the branches.
•Relationship management with Regions Key Clients.
•Driving sales of assets/liabilities/third party products through branches and sales teams by designing and executing marketing programs.
•Manage ATL and BTL marketing activities in the Region.
•Design and manage local campaigns, corporate campaigns, media mix, publicity and promotion activities etc. along with the Regional Marketing Team.
•Planning and utilizing marketing budget allocated to the region by Zonal Office.
•Provide continuous feedback on product schemes to Product & Marketing Division in corporate office based on market intelligence and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
•Involved in the direct sales of Mortgage Backed Retail Assets/Loans for the Bank such as- Home Loans, Loan against Property, Working Capital Funding, Advance against Rent Receivables etc.
•Tie-up with Builders, Real Estate Developers, Merchant Associations for the generation of Leads.
•Assist the allocated branches to convert the generated leads and provide end to end sales support.
•Participate in Loans Mela and generate leads and convert those leads.
