• To oversee the maintenance, and smooth operation of buildings, utilities, and related services within a
company, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Supervise maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, security, pest control, etc.).
• Obtain quotations, verify service delivery, and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing the operation and maintenance of a 500 TR water-cooled chiller system, including routine
servicing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance
activities.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Review drawings, designs, and details related to the project and safety systems.
• Ensure timely coordination/call as per the project schedule.
• Supervised, coordinated, secured, monitored, and reported on company resources and performance metrics.
• Also coordinate site visit for kick off meeting before starting of project along with HSE team.
• Responsible for project execution, billing, and handing over to operation team.
• Involved in project planning, due diligence report preparation, audit report preparation (on and
after Project execution), technical supervision, cost estimation, material selection.

• To oversee and manage HVAC projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with
safety standards, and client requirements
