Current Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare annual budget & Material Requirement Planning (MRP) as per Sales Forecast.
2. Make production plan & inventory management as per demand.
3. Monitor the present stock, pipeline stock, safety stock, Re-order Point (ROP).
4. Perform ABC, FSN analysis and follow FIFO, FEFO, SOPs and WHO-GMP (TRS 986, Annex-2) Guideline.
5. Prepare a short list & raise purchase requisition of raw & packing materials and stationery items.
6. Monitor all Procurement processes.
7. Supervise all warehouse related activities like material receiving, storage, GRN preparation, dispensing, finished goods receiving and dispatching as per SOP.
8. Monitor all quality control (QC) related activities like sampling, approval or rejection and documentation.
9. Ensure finished goods are received and dispatched with proper documentation.
10. Plan, implement and utilize the optimum use of space.
11. Handling of rejected materials, market returned goods as per SOP.
12. Ensure total quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness as per SOP.
13. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
14. Review and prepare departmental SOPs.
15. Organize training for subordinates.
16. Supervise departmental employees & oversee daily operations.
17. Prepare various kinds of reports & share it with Management.
18. Set key performance indicators (KPI) for department personnel.
19. Coordinate with all departments to achieve organizational goals.
20. Any other assignment given by the Management
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP) as per National Product Requirement (NPR).
2. Production Plan & Inventory Management for local market and export order processing.
3. Monitor the Present Stock, Pipeline stock, Safety stock, Re-Order Point (ROP) and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
4. Perform various kinds of analysis like ABC Analysis, FNS analysis and follow 5S, lean manufacturing process.
5. Prepare short list and Raise purchase requisition of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Stationary items.
6. Monitor all Procurement process of RM & PM.
7. To work on sourcing, comparative statement (CS), Negotiation, Vendor Development for purchasing quality materials with competitive price.
8. Supervising of all Warehouse related activities like Material receiving, storage, GRN preparation, dispensing, Finished Goods receiving and dispatching as per SOP following FIFO/FEFO.
9. Monitor all Quality Control (QC) related activities like sampling, analyzing, approval or rejection and documentation.
10. Monitor dispatch of Finished Goods to Local and Foreign market on due time.
11. Coordinate with VAT Department for VAT preparing VAT Challan.
12. Handling of rejected, Hazardous materials and Market returned goods as per SOP.
13. Plan, Implement and Utilize optimum use of Warehouse Space.
14. Ensure total quality, Safety, hygiene and cleanliness as per SOP.
15. Supervising of all toll manufacturing activities like raise Purchase Requisition, Material receiving, storage, GRN preparation, sending, Finished Goods receiving and dispatching as per SOP following FIFO/FEFO.
16. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
17. Review and prepare departmental SOPs as per cGMP.
18. Organize training for subordinates.
19. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for department personnel.
20. Coordinate with all departments.
21. Any other assignment given by supervisor.
