1) Recruitment & Selection: Source and recruit the best possible talent to ensure proper supply of manpower within time frame.
2) Learning & Development: Establish the idea of people development through people development plan, organize Induction Training for newly joined executive & non-executive of Corporate Head office & Branches, distribute, collect and analyze TNA for all Executives at Head Offices and Branches as per SOP, prepare Annual Training Calendar, budget & controlling cost, responsible for organizing all Management & Non-Management Development Program at Head Office and Branches, keeps liaison with External and Overseas training organizations for additional value-adding training for Karnaphuli group, develop training manual, prepare quarterly & annual reports of training and save record to SAP, play the role of facilitator.
3) Performance Management & Succession Planning: Organize PMS (KRA/KPI & 360 Degree Feedback) activity to ensure organization's succession planning strategy.
4) Payroll: Provide monthly salary clearance through integrating with all branches including head office staffs.
5) Employer Branding: Branding employer to attract talent through job fair and professional network like Linkedin, giving the best service to stakeholder as a brand ambassador of the organization.
6) Human Resource Information System (HRIS): Updating Human Resource Information System (HRIS) regarding all details of the staffs like Leave, attendance, PMS etc.
7) HR Operations: Creating personal file for on board employee, ensure job confirmation of newly joined colleague within time frame, assist in the leave and attendance report, responsible for arranging all administrative support to HR department, prepare own work related SOP(Standard Operating Procedure), assist in preparing different policy, conduct and report exit interviews.
