1. Arrange maintenance of emergency works of the vehicle as when required.
2. Preparation of monthly & daily reports.
3. Monitoring transport software daily or as & when required taking timely actions accordingly.
4. Willing to long hours when required to ensure transportation of company employees.
5. Maintain proper documentation of the workshop.
6. Make store requisition as per requirements of vehicle repair.
7. Routine schedule maintenance overhauling of commercial & Passenger Vehicles.
8. Distribution of manpower as per vehicle.
9. Coordinating more than 50 employees.
10. Work to implement the management annual business plan to achieve the goals planning, schedule the service, maintain commercial & lite
11. Regular checking of the inventory and maintaining spare parts inventory as per populations of commercial & lite vehicles.
12. To execute overall transport movement of plant vehicle as prescribed by
Distribution department.
13. Attend to matters relating to vehicle maintenance & repair service-related Job cards.
14. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
15. Ensure on-time delivery & quality of work.
16. Administer proper documentation.
17. Assist with other ad hoc duties assigned.
18. Provide excellent customer service to the customer.
19. Handle all documentation all costing, claims & history.
20. Handle customer inquiries regarding car leasing service.
