Need to work with the maintenance, & installation of HVAC system.
Carrying out ppm and annual maintenance for the HVAC equipment like AHU, Chiller, Pumps, FCU etc.
Calculation of Heat load using HAP software for new installation of air conditioning units.
• Preparation of HVAC layout in AutoCad.
• Heating and Loading calculation using HAP software.
• Designing and doing gas calculation for the VRV and VRF systems.
• Material estimation and making BOQ (Bill of quantity).
• Coordinating and conducting meetings with the interior architect for any changes in the planned drawing.
• Pipe Size calculation for chilled water line and Copper pipe size for VRV system.
• Duct size calculation.
